All meals are prepared fresh after an order is placed. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been completed and delivered.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared. Once preparation has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
